Refund & Returns Policy

At phonecase.ae we want you to love your case. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Custom printed cases

Because custom print-on-demand cases are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please check your design and model carefully before ordering.

Damaged or wrong items

If your case arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email hello@phonecase.ae with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
