Welcome to phonecase.ae. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because many of our cases are printed on demand, please double-check your selected iPhone model and design before completing your purchase.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept secure card payments and cash on delivery (COD) within the UAE.

Shipping

We deliver across the UAE. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delays caused by couriers or events outside our control are not the responsibility of phonecase.ae.

Returns

Returns are handled per our Refund & Returns Policy. Custom printed cases can only be returned if faulty or incorrect.

Custom designs

By uploading artwork for a custom case, you confirm you have the right to use it. phonecase.ae is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied designs.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding and designs (excluding customer uploads) are the property of phonecase.ae and may not be reproduced without permission.
